This website and our work
This website is operated by Precision Algorithms LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It introduces our consulting and applied research work in data, software, AI, automation, brand and marketing. These terms concern this website. They do not replace a signed client agreement or the separate terms of our prediction market product.
The consulting pages have no separate Precision account or checkout. Sending an enquiry, arranging a conversation or receiving an initial response does not create a consulting engagement. The agreed scope and terms must be confirmed in writing.
Client engagements
A written client agreement defines the services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements and any cancellation or refund terms for a project. It also governs ownership and licensing of deliverables, confidentiality and treatment of client materials. If that agreement differs from general information on this website, the agreement controls the engagement.
Please keep initial enquiries limited to information needed to understand the project. Do not send passwords, access credentials or sensitive personal information through an introductory email. Any requirements for handling confidential material should be agreed before it is shared.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or reuse material in a way that misrepresents its source.
Website copy, design and assets remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Displaying a client, platform or third party's name or material does not grant permission to reuse it or imply their endorsement of our services.
Information and external services
Examples describe particular work and may include historical information. They are not promises that every engagement will produce the same results. Website content and availability may change. External websites operate under their own terms, and we do not control their content or availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updates to these website terms do not automatically amend an existing client agreement.
