How cancellation and refund questions are handled for consulting engagements.
What this policy covers
Browsing this consulting website and sending an enquiry are free. There is no checkout or subscription purchase on this site. This policy explains how to raise a cancellation, billing or refund question concerning a consulting engagement with Precision Algorithms LLC.
The prediction market product at markets.precisionalgorithms.com has a separate refund policy. Its subscription purchases are not governed by this consulting policy.
Your project agreement comes first
Consulting work is scoped individually. The written agreement for your engagement determines payment, cancellation and refund arrangements. Check that agreement for any milestones, notice requirements or other conditions that apply to your project.
If you wish to cancel or change an engagement, contact us promptly so the request can be assessed against the agreement and the work involved. Relevant considerations may include work already completed, deliverables already supplied and third party expenses that you approved. Their treatment depends on the agreement and applicable law; this policy does not make every payment or expense automatically nonrefundable.

Send billing questions, suspected invoice errors or refund requests to support@precisionalgorithms.com. To help identify the engagement, include:
- Your name and the organisation that contracted with us.
- The project name and relevant agreement or invoice number.
- The amount or charge in question and a clear explanation of the issue.
- The resolution you are requesting and any relevant supporting correspondence.
How requests are assessed
Do not include full payment card details, bank passwords or other sensitive financial credentials. We may need additional project information to assess the request. A request is not itself confirmation of cancellation, a refund or a change to agreed obligations. The outcome and any applicable processing arrangements will be communicated after review. No fixed refund processing time is promised by this website policy.
Your applicable rights
Nothing here limits cancellation, refund or other rights that apply by law and cannot be waived. Where a mandatory legal right applies, it takes precedence over an inconsistent website statement or contract term.
